On June 30, 2010 New Tax Law Discussion was held in German House. Discussion was opened by Ambassador of Germany in Georgia H.E. Ortwin Hennig. The presentation of the New Tax Code was delivered by Minister of Finance of Georgia Mr. Baindurashvili. He actively participated in discussion and answered all questions of meeting participants. Georgian-Swiss Business Association, presented by General Coordinator Nino Ugulava and President Mikhail Mikeladze, actively participated in discussion. The meeting was attended by members of German Business Association in Georgia, French Business Council, great number of guests and press, and representatives of Swiss, German, French and Greek embassies in Georgia.

As the course continued, Mr. Kibilashvili and Mr. Gogeshvili gave presentations on the Georgian Insolvency Law and Real Estate Law. The Forum was organized by DWVG together with the Georgian Swiss Business Association and the French Business Council.
