The Board is the acting governing organ of the Association. According to Article seven of the GSBA Charter, the Board consists of five members elected for a two years term.
The GSBA Board Members for Years 2010-2012 are:
- Ambassador Lorenzo Amberg, Embassy of Switzerland in Georgia and Armenia
- Mikhail Mikeladze, General Director of Franke Caucasus, GSBA President
- Nino Ugulava, General Director of AlterGroup, GSBA General Coordinator
- George Gviniashvili, Founder and Director of Arttime
- Barbara Gimelli Sulashvili, Executive Director of Georgian Discovery Tours
